Exterior - House and Garage Studio

We are delighted to share with you the exciting progress we made on our first exterior project of 2023. It was truly a remarkable undertaking! With meticulous care and attention to detail, we embarked on transforming the appearance of the property.

To begin with, we diligently sanded down the worn-out paint from the shingles and trim, preparing the surfaces for rejuvenation. Employing a pressure washer, we skillfully cleaned the area, leaving it pristine and ready for the next steps.

Throughout the process, our skilled team replaced numerous deteriorated shingles, ensuring the property's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Moreover, we used high-quality synthetic materials to replace any rotten trim boards, guaranteeing durability and longevity.

We also constructed a new attic vent and repaired a section of the garage doors that had succumbed to rot, reinstating their functionality and enhancing the exterior's overall visual harmony.

With the carpentry work successfully completed, we meticulously primed the shingles and trim, laying the foundation for the flawless application of the final coats. We perfectly matched the color of the solid stain to the existing one that the customer loved and didn't want to change, preserving the property's original charm.

The transformation was truly brought to life by applying two coats of Benjamin Moore's "Arborcoat" on the shingles. This top-tier product, known for its durability and beauty, not only shielded the surfaces from the elements but also bestowed an elegant and timeless appearance upon the property.

For the trim, we opted for the superior quality of Sherwin-Williams' "Emerald" paint, renowned for its long-lasting performance. By applying two coats, we ensured that the trim exuded a vibrant, lustrous finish, elevating the property's overall aesthetic appeal.
