Exterior Renovation Project: House and Garage

This comprehensive exterior renovation project transformed the house and garage, enhancing aesthetics and durability. Our process began with meticulous sanding of peeling paint and stain, restoring the surface to a smooth and even texture. We then pressure-washed all exterior surfaces to remove mold and dust and prepare the area for priming.

To protect and enhance the wood, we applied a high-quality primer to all areas where the wood had been sanded to bare wood. This was followed by two coats of Sherwin Williams "Woodscapes" solid stain, a choice for its excellent durability and rich color, applied to both the siding and trim. The result is a refreshed, vibrant look that withstands the elements.

We also refinished the front door, giving it a new lease on life with a refined finish that complements the home's updated exterior. Additionally, we reinforced the garage doors with durable Azek sheets, providing extra protection and a clean, finished appearance.

This project improved the property's visual appeal and significantly increased its longevity and structural integrity.
